Therapy is personalised and can take place in the welcoming clinic in Bella Vista or in familiar settings like your home, school, or childcare. The focus is on creating pathways to help your child achieve their communication milestones and connect with confidence.

• Working with families

The team equips families, caregivers, and educators with effective strategies to support your child's communication development at home, school, and childcare. Parents are kept informed through regular reports and progress updates as outlined in the Service Agreement, and the team is available to explain NDIS plans or help you understand how to use your child's funding. If you have questions about your plan or need guidance, the team is happy to walk you through the process and support you every step of the way.

• Your first visit

  At the first appointment, a comprehensive evaluation is carried out to identify your child's speech and language needs and understand your family's goals. Once you're ready to begin therapy, a Service Agreement is set up that outlines how often sessions will take place, the cost, cancellation arrangements, and when progress updates will be provided. This ensures everything is clear and agreed upon from the start. If your child has NDIS funding, the team will guide you through how to use it for speech therapy and can help communicate with plan managers or support coordinators. The initial assessment helps the speech pathologist create a personalised therapy plan tailored to your child's abilities and developmental stage.
