Brainworks follows a consistent four-step process to support student learning. Sessions begin with assessment to understand where each student is and where they want to go, followed by personalised planning that targets gaps and growth opportunities. During structured lessons, tutors teach with purpose, continually guiding and reinforcing learning. Throughout the process, clear feedback and progress monitoring help students grow in confidence and competence. Tutors sit with students one-to-one, correct their work, provide explanations, answer questions, and offer individual advice to maximise learning outcomes.
