Our approach
At Blooming Bees, sessions are tailored to each young person's needs, goals, and personality rather than using a one-size-fits-all approach. Therapy draws on a broad range of evidence-based methods including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance & Commitment Therapy (ACT), Interpersonal Psychotherapy (IPT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), and other specialised interventions. The team creates a safe, supportive environment where young people feel heard and understood, using creative and developmentally appropriate strategies to help them feel comfortable and engaged. Sessions are designed to build resilience, confidence, and emotional wellbeing while helping clients navigate challenges like anxiety, depression, school stress, and relationship difficulties.
