  • Your first visit

Before booking a formal appointment, BEACON Psychology offers a complimentary 15-minute online video chat with the psychologist of your choice to help find the best fit for your needs. This no-obligation discussion gives you an opportunity to discuss your goals and concerns in a confidential space, explore their approach, and ask questions before commencing therapy. The first formal consultation is 60 minutes long (90 minutes for couples' initial sessions). Payment is due at the end of each session by debit card via EFTPOS, and HICAPS terminals are available to process Medicare or private health claims at that time.
