Our approach
Sessions are designed around each child's individual needs, with early interventionists and speech pathologists working collaboratively to build tailored strategies and a supportive environment. The approach focuses on improving everyday functioning across areas like gross and fine motor skills, communication, social development, regulation and body awareness. Water-based early intervention through Aqua Play EI is also offered, using the benefits of aquatic environments to support development. The service aims to help children reach their full potential by providing individualised therapies, programs and resources that support both the child and their family's journey.
Working with families
Families receive tailored strategies and ongoing guidance from their assigned key worker or early interventionist throughout their journey. The service also offers family programs including Playconnect and MyTime, which provide support, a safe space for parents to connect with others on similar journeys, and access to resources. Communication and collaboration with families is central to the approach, ensuring parents and carers are informed and involved in supporting their child's development.
