    Authentic OT uses a holistic approach that addresses the physical, emotional, and social needs of each individual. The service is evidence-based and individualised, supporting people with a range of needs including autism, ADHD, developmental delays, intellectual disability, trauma, anxiety, and depression. Sessions take place in natural environments—at home, school, kindy, or in the community—to help individuals overcome challenges and reach their personal goals. Teletherapy is also available for those outside the Adelaide metro region.
