Our approach
Aspire to Achieve takes a family-centred therapy approach, focusing on understanding each child's individual needs and supporting them in meaningful ways. Sessions incorporate assessment and intervention across areas like upper limb and fine motor skills, play skills, posture, self-care activities, and prep readiness. The therapists use specialised training in evidence-based practices including PRPP (Perceive, Recall, Plan, Perform), sensory integration, play-based therapy, and where relevant, feeding therapy and postural care. The team works collaboratively with families to develop practical strategies that can be used at home and in everyday routines.
