Our approach
ALLied Learning Place offers child-led, play-based therapy tailored to each child's interests and needs. Sessions use multisensory, interactive approaches designed to build confidence alongside communication skills. The practice supports children who are late talkers, neurodiverse, or at risk of delays, as well as those working on speech clarity, language development, comprehension, social skills, and communication systems. Parent and carer involvement is integrated throughout therapy to optimise progress. The philosophy centres on regulation, connection, confidence and communication as foundations for learning.
Working with families
Parent and carer involvement is built into therapy, with partner training provided to help families support their child's progress outside sessions. The practice emphasises working with "clients and their allies" to support development of communication, confidence and connection skills.
