  The team values a holistic, collaborative approach and works closely with families, schools and other allied health professionals to support clients in reaching their full potential. Clinicians prioritise creating meaningful, functional goals aligned with each person's daily routines, interests and occupations, with family input central to this process. Regular communication and coordination with families and the broader care team—including schools and other health professionals—forms a cornerstone of the service delivery model.

• Meet the team

  The Geelong team includes Clinical Leaders in Mental Health Occupational Therapy and Speech Pathology, Senior Speech Pathologists, and Early Career Occupational Therapists and Psychologists. Qualifications include Master's degrees in Speech Pathology, Educational and Developmental Psychology, and Bachelor degrees in Occupational Therapy, with team members registered with AHPRA and approved by Medicare. Clinical experience spans school-based settings, community mental health services, private practice, and specialised areas including literacy, social communication, executive functioning, sensory processing, and emotional wellbeing support. The team also includes Client Relations and Accounts Managers who support the smooth running of appointments and family experience.
