  • Our approach

Sessions use expressive and creative art therapy modalities to help children express, process and understand emotions. Art materials are used to work through problems and issues, or look at them in different ways. A particular focus is Sensorimotor Art Therapy, a body-focused approach that helps children explore and express emotions, develop coping strategies, improve regulation and foster resilience. Sessions create a nurturing, safe environment where children can improve their overall mental, social and emotional wellbeing through creative exploration.
