Sessions are tailored to your specific needs and may involve various allied health professionals—Exercise Physiologists, Occupational Therapists, and Speech Pathologists—working together to provide comprehensive care. The team values strong relationships between practitioners and clients, believing that meaningful connections are key to success. Whether your goals are big or small, you'll receive evidence-based treatment customised to your circumstances, with the option of onsite sessions, school visits, or home visits across metro Adelaide.

  • Meet the team

The team includes three Exercise Physiologists (Bailey, Jessica, and Jai), three Occupational Therapists (Cherry, Janae, and Sonia), and three Speech Pathologists (Dom, Sian, and Quynh), along with three Directors. Team members hold relevant university qualifications including Bachelor's and Master's degrees in their respective fields. They bring diverse experience across areas including stroke rehabilitation, neurological recovery, amputee rehabilitation, early intervention, play and school readiness, alternative and augmentative communication, and evidence-based therapy approaches. The team was founded by three passionate professionals with combined experience in private practice, community, and government health care services.

  • Your first visit

At your first appointment, you'll have an initial one-to-one consultation with your therapist to discuss your goals and how the team can support your progress. You're also welcome to take part in a free introductory session beforehand, where you can visit the facilities, meet the team, and confirm it's a good fit for your needs. During your initial appointment, you'll be provided with a Service Agreement outlining a plan for your sessions. If needed, assessments and reports can be provided to support any future plan reviews or to establish baseline measurements for your progress.
