  • Our approach

The service uses a holistic, client-centred approach grounded in evidence-based practice. Therapists take time to understand each client's strengths, challenges, and goals, then work together to achieve meaningful outcomes tailored to individual needs and circumstances. Sessions focus on building independence, confidence, and quality of life through practical interventions delivered where clients need them most—at home, in the community, or in childcare settings. The team believes every person has the capacity to grow, adapt, and thrive, and sessions are designed to be sustainable and built into everyday life.

  • Meet the team

The team comprises AHPRA-registered Occupational Therapists and Psychologists who are experienced and dedicated to helping clients achieve meaningful outcomes. The Occupational Therapists use evidence-based practice to help clients develop, restore, or maintain skills needed for everyday life, while Psychologists work with evidence-based therapeutic approaches to address psychological presentations such as anxiety, depression, and trauma. The team was founded by Occupational Therapists and Psychologists united by a shared purpose to deliver genuine, community-focused care, and all clinicians share a common philosophy of understanding the person first and treating them as a whole.
