Meet the team
The team includes a range of experienced registered psychologists, including Clinical Psychologists and Senior Psychologists. Team members are Rachael Tan (Clinical Psychologist), Henry James, Michelle Zabczyk, Keara Wood, Tasha Ouschann (Psychologists), Heidi Smith and Dr Andrew Stock (Senior Psychologists), with Viviana Jancso available for supervision and report writing services. All team members are registered psychologists qualified to provide assessments and evidence-based counselling for children, teens, and families across various presenting concerns.
Your first visit
The first appointment is 50 minutes of face-to-face time with the psychologist, during which they establish your child's concerns, discuss the history of the problem, and agree on how you and your child will work together and what you will focus on. The team recommends booking the initial three sessions during your first appointment to establish therapy and build momentum. These early sessions are crucial for building a collaborative relationship and understanding your child's needs before moving forward with treatment.
