Our approach
At Willows Speech & Occupational Therapy, the approach is grounded in compassion, connection, and collaboration, viewing each child as an individual with their own unique strengths, interests, and potential. Therapy is personalised and evidence-based, supporting meaningful goals in daily life such as communication, independence, and confidence at school or home. Speech pathologists use approaches including Hanen More Than Words, SOS Approach to Feeding, PECS, Key Word Sign, Sounds Write, and AAC systems. Occupational therapists use playful, goal-based therapy to help children build skills in motor development, sensory processing, regulation, and self-care. Sessions are offered both in clinic and at school, with therapy tailored to each child's unique needs and delivered in a fun and meaningful way.
