Our approach
The Psych Edit takes a holistic, evidence-based approach that looks beyond diagnosis to see the whole person. Psychologists examine all aspects of your life—including early experiences, relationships, work environment, sleep, diet and daily habits—to understand what's contributing to your mental health concerns. Treatment is tailored specifically to you, using effective, research-supported methods like cognitive behavioural therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy, and mindfulness-based strategies. The practice also offers advanced techniques such as neurofeedback and cranial electrotherapy stimulation to help balance brain activity and reduce anxiety. Throughout your sessions, you'll work in a confidential, safe space to gain insight into what's happening, develop practical strategies, and gradually build the tools you need to move forward.
