About Speech and Language Sydney
Speech and Language Sydney is a mobile speech therapy service across Sydney's Inner West, Ryde District, Hills District and Lower Blue Mountains. The team is committed to delivering neurodiversity-affirming, evidence-based services with a strengths-based, functional approach that honours each child's individuality and supports them in daily life through outcome-driven therapies.

Speech and Language Sydney lists
- Initial Assessment
- Comprehensive assessment including case history, full communication skills evaluation, and formal or informal assessment depending on the child's needs. May include school or daycare observation and information gathering from educators and health professionals.
- Individual Therapy
- One-to-one sessions conducted in familiar environments, focusing on specific communication goals in everyday interactions. Therapists work in partnership with parents, teachers and support workers to develop skills throughout the day.
- Small Group Therapy
- Small group sessions based across Inner West & Ryde District, tailored to interests and goals of participants using a neurodiversity affirming approach. Groups have included Lego, Minecraft, Craft and Jewellery making.
- Training & Indirect Therapy Support
- General and child-specific training for daycares, schools and workplaces. Indirect therapy support available where therapists work with parents, educators or employers on specific goals for the client.
- Telehealth
- Telehealth sessions via Zoom or phone calls, tailored to family needs and circumstances.
