  • Our approach

Sessions are individualised and holistic, using research-based therapy designed to motivate children to engage with the provider and celebrate their progress. The team works as part of your family's wider support network—alongside teachers and other health professionals—to achieve the best outcomes. They listen, empathise and advocate for your family's needs around support, funding and understanding. Sessions can be delivered one-to-one, in intensive blocks, or in groups depending on what suits your child's goals. Whether you attend clinic in Sydney or access online telehealth services, the focus is on setting clear goals together and using the intensity of therapy needed to deliver real results.

  • Working with families

The provider works as a team with parents and carers, listening and empathising with your family's situation and needs. They advocate on your behalf for support, funding and understanding, and help you navigate the NDIS process if needed. If you cannot attend the clinic regularly, they assess your child and provide you with management plans and training so you can continue supporting them. They also offer coaching and training to other speech pathologists, helping to build a broader network of support around your child.

  • Meet the team

The team includes speech pathologists with extensive experience and training in motor speech disorders (childhood apraxia of speech, dyspraxia and dysarthria), reading, writing, spelling, late talkers, voice, hearing impairment and more. Speech pathology allied health assistants are also part of the team. The practice is led by Dr Elizabeth Murray and the team is committed to continuous learning and expanding their expertise. They conduct their own research to help more people with complex speech disorders.
