  • Our approach

QCCS uses an individual and family-centred approach, keeping the person with a disability and their family at the centre of all decision-making. Services are person-centred rather than plan-centred, which means choice and control remain with you, your family, and carers throughout. The provider recognises that every individual is unique and tailors services to meet personalised needs rather than applying a one-size-fits-all model. All services are delivered in accordance with NDIS Practice Standards to ensure high-quality, safe support.

  • Working with families

The provider emphasises an individual and family-centred approach where families are central to decision-making and goal-setting. Parents and carers have direct choice and control over how services are delivered and how support funds are used. The organisation values ongoing feedback from families and works collaboratively to continuously improve services to meet your family's specific needs and goals.
