Meet the team
The team comprises three co-founders, all doctors of medicine with exceptional academic credentials. Dr Matthew Sun (ATAR 99.95, Director of English) has 10 years of tutoring experience and has achieved high distinctions in mathematical olympiads and prestigious awards including the Premier's Award. Dr Victor Zhu (ATAR 99.95, Director of VCE) was nominated for the Dean's Honours List, studied at the Ivy League University of Pennsylvania, and brings a decade of tutoring expertise across all ability levels. Dr Dinuk Liyanage (ATAR 99.90, Director of Mathematics, Years 3–10) was Dux of Glen Waverley Secondary College and has also completed advanced study at the University of Pennsylvania. All three co-founders are described as passionate teachers who bring empathy, enthusiasm and expertise to every lesson.

The first appointment begins with a free consultation to discuss your child's goals and learning needs, followed by a free assessment to identify strengths and areas for improvement. This personalized evaluation helps the team design an individualized plan tailored to your student's specific requirements. You'll then be invited to a free trial lesson so your child can experience the Premier Education environment firsthand with no obligation. Together, the team works to understand your child's potential and create a roadmap for success. This three-step process—consultation, assessment, and trial—ensures a comfortable introduction and clear pathway forward.
