Our approach
Hand Therapy is the art and science of rehabilitation of the upper limb through a variety of methods. Sessions involve evaluation and assessment of the injured limb, followed by development of a specific treatment program tailored to each person's needs. Treatment focuses on improving strength and movement, and can include management of wounds and scars, particularly after surgery. A Hand Therapist works with both new and old injuries or conditions of the upper limb. The clinic offers comprehensive initial assessments and ongoing quality treatment, with home visits available where needed.
