Our approach
National 360's approach is person-centred and strengths-based, with every therapy journey driven by the participant's goals. Sessions are tailored to individual needs, whether delivered one-on-one in clinics, homes, or via telehealth, and integrate goals with family, carers and support networks for holistic, collaborative care. Clinicians use clinical skills to support children to achieve their goals, with services delivered in natural environments including homes, schools, childcare and preschool settings. The focus is on measurable progress, functional improvement and helping individuals engage meaningfully in everyday life.
Working with families
Family involvement is central to the service model. The provider collaborates closely with families, carers and support networks to build partnerships that support inclusion, participation and independence. Family, carers and support networks are integrated into goal-setting and therapy planning to ensure holistic and collaborative care. The provider communicates with families as part of the centralised intake process and throughout the therapy journey to support meaningful outcomes.
