Your first visit
New patient appointments require a valid referral from your GP or other medical specialist, which must be uploaded via the clinic's online form before an appointment can be made. After submission, the clinic's staff will review your referral during business hours, and the doctors will triage it within up to 14 days. Once triaged, the reception team will call you to arrange an appointment. The clinic notes it is currently receiving a high volume of new patient requests, so processing may take time. It's important to check individual doctor profiles before booking, as each paediatrician has different areas of expertise and some specialists are currently fully booked.
