  • Our approach

Math Minds believes maths is about understanding and discovering, not memorising rules. Sessions focus on developing number sense and problem-solving skills through a growth mindset approach, where students learn the "why" behind concepts in an interactive, encouraging environment. Tutors help transform challenges into opportunities and celebrate mistakes as part of learning. With one-on-one coaching in groups of up to four students, personalised to each learner's pace and style, students gain confidence and develop skills for life beyond the classroom.

  • Your first visit

Your first appointment is a free assessment where you meet with the Director in-person or online for a consultation. During this session, the team will identify your child's gaps and strengths across the entire maths curriculum, taking less than one hour. Following the assessment, you'll choose a day and time that suits your family, complete registration through the parent portal, and your child will then begin their tailored program mentored by an expert coach.
