Our approach
Marsden Therapy takes a holistic, family-centred approach that extends learning well beyond individual therapy sessions. Recognising that children spend most of their time outside the clinic, the service focuses on equipping parents and caregivers with knowledge, skills and resources to embed therapeutic strategies into daily life and family routines. This transforms the 23 hours between sessions into meaningful opportunities for development and learning. Sessions incorporate evidence-based assessment and therapy procedures delivered in both clinic and school settings, with therapists working collaboratively with families to tailor care to each child's needs. The approach is underpinned by a commitment to empowering families to make informed decisions about their child's healthcare and to support children's best possible outcomes.
