Our approach
Sessions follow a professional, evidence-based approach tailored to individual needs, with options for one-on-one therapy, family-focused work, paired intervention or group sessions. The team offers comprehensive assessment and intervention across psychology, speech pathology, nutrition and autism support, working with children who have a range of developmental difficulties, autism spectrum disorder and learning needs. Each individual therapy session lasts 60 minutes, with 45 minutes of active therapy time and 15 minutes for note-taking and cleaning. For children, early intervention group sessions are available after school and Saturday mornings. All clinicians are highly trained professionals experienced in supporting children's development and addressing their specific challenges.
Meet the team
The team includes two directors—Tracey Morris (Psychologist) and Kylie Blaszczyk (Speech Pathologist and Practice Manager)—supported by multiple psychologists (both registered and provisional), speech pathologists across all experience levels from new graduates to senior clinicians, a nutritionist, a counsellor, and a dedicated administration team. All clinicians are highly trained professionals with extensive experience in assessing and working with children with autism spectrum disorder and developmental difficulties. The practice brings together a consortium of allied health professionals who have worked in their specialised areas for many years.
Your first visit
At a first appointment, you'll meet with one of the highly trained professionals who will conduct a thorough assessment tailored to your child's needs. The appointment is 60 minutes long, with 45 minutes dedicated to assessment and therapy and 15 minutes for documentation and preparation of the clinical space. No GP referral is required to attend, though having one means you may be eligible to claim a Medicare rebate. If you're using NDIS funding, the clinic accepts self-managed and plan-managed plans. The friendly reception team can answer any questions about the appointment process and help you get started.
