Our approach
The Let'sTALK Program uses preventative and early intervention strategies built on the power of conversation to help people feel safe discussing their ideas, concerns, and distress. The approach focuses on building psychological safety and creating inclusive, nurturing environments where individuals feel encouraged and supported to speak openly about their feelings. Sessions are designed within different settings—schools, universities, workplaces, and communities—to establish trust, understanding, and a culture of open communication. The program emphasizes authentic connections and aims to build resilience, improve relationships, and achieve positive results through meaningful dialogue. Leadership, staff, and peers across each setting play key roles in developing this safe communicative environment.
