• Our approach

  Learncor takes a personalised approach to tutoring that starts by identifying each student's gaps in understanding, then builds a clear, structured plan tailored to how they learn best. Lessons are paced to suit the individual student, with emphasis on clarity and repetition where needed. The tutoring focuses on building confidence and helping students become independent learners, rather than following a one-size-fits-all model. The goal extends beyond improving marks to developing skills and confidence so students can approach academic challenges calmly and logically. This holistic approach builds strong foundations and makes learning something students look forward to.

• Meet the team

  Learncor is led by Vidhi, a private tutor with over 10 years of experience supporting students from Grade 2 through to VCE in Mathematics, English, and reasoning-based subjects. Vidhi holds a degree in Accounting and Information Technology, which informs her teaching approach by strengthening her ability to break down complex problems, think logically, and explain concepts clearly in a step-by-step manner. She has worked with a wide range of students across primary school, secondary school, and VCE levels, as well as students preparing for scholarship and selective entry tests. Her experience spans building foundational skills through to exam preparation, with a consistent focus on developing student confidence and independence as learners.
