Working with families
Monthly statements are provided showing spend and budget balance, with complete transparency so families can request information about their balance and budget at any time. The provider connects personally with participants and families while managing invoices and payments, allowing families to focus on other parts of their life. Communication happens via email for invoices and direct contact with the office for any inquiries throughout the NDIS journey.
