Our approach
Hollie uses a body-based, trauma-informed approach grounded in occupational therapy and matrescence theory. Sessions are holistic and practical, exploring what matters in your everyday life—from daily rhythms and self-care to emotions, identity, relationships, and body awareness. You might work together on understanding how stress shows up in your body, reconnecting with yourself through meaningful activities, or strengthening parent-child connection. The focus is on creating a compassionate, attuned space where you feel seen and supported without needing to "fix" everything.
Working with families
The website emphasises connection and communication within relationships and parenting, offering Circle of Security Parenting to help you tune into your child's emotional needs and strengthen the caregiver-child bond. Sessions explore shared moments like feeding, soothing, and play, and how to hold space for connection while honouring your own boundaries. The focus is on supporting your relationships—with your baby, partner, and family—as part of your overall wellbeing journey.
