Working with families
The provider emphasises close collaboration with families and carers throughout therapy. The paediatric occupational therapist brings a warm, engaging, and family-centred approach, working closely with parents, carers, and educators to build confidence and essential life skills. For all client groups, the team works alongside families and care providers to understand unique goals, tailor services to individual needs, and ensure long-term wellbeing. Communication is supported in multiple languages—English, Cantonese, and Mandarin—to ensure families feel heard and understood.
