Our approach
Gymbaroo is a movement-based early childhood program that helps babies and children build strong connections between their body and brain through purposeful, engaging movement and play. The program is backed by research from world-leading experts and over 30 years of experience working with children. Sessions feature games, exercises, dance, equipment time, rhythmic experiences, and obstacle course activities tailored to each developmental level. Classes are designed to help children reach developmental milestones while fostering confidence, coordination, learning, and wellbeing in a safe and fun environment.
