  • Our approach

    Elite Spinal Physiotherapy takes a hands-on, evidence-based approach to spinal care, combining manual therapy with tailored physiotherapist-led clinical Pilates and functional exercise rehabilitation. Sessions focus on treating common spine-related conditions such as lower back pain, neck pain, sciatica, stenosis, and disc-related issues through a thorough, individualised assessment. The team emphasises understanding the whole picture of each client's condition and uses a combined approach to achieve accurate diagnosis and effective treatment. Clients are taught self-management strategies to help them recover as quickly as possible and return to pain-free function.

  • Meet the team

    The clinic is led by co-founders and directors Elisha Renton and Brigitte Seelin. The team includes multiple experienced physiotherapists, including co-owner Alana McCormack (Masters in Physiotherapy from La Trobe University with extensive postgraduate training in spinal health, headaches and women's health), Jackson Ball (Bachelor of Physiotherapy honours, mentor and clinical educator with expertise in cervical, thoracic, lumbar and inflammatory spine conditions), and several other qualified physiotherapists including Charmaine Ridge, Lauren Smith, Melissa Golan, Ricci Anstey, Sherston Sheridan and Ciara Jackson. Each team member brings deep clinical expertise and a passion for helping clients through spinal pain and dysfunction.
