  The organization provides a secure online forum exclusively for NDIS parents to share experiences and ask questions in a supportive community setting. Members receive regular financial reports to help manage their child's NDIS funding, plus easy access to payment records and fund status at any time. The team sends regular Member Alerts with updates on NDIS early intervention policy changes, and offers a free member telephone help line for direct support with NDIS questions. Parents can authorize the organization to receive claims from service providers and manage payments directly, eliminating paperwork burden.

• Meet the team

  Sophie Luiker serves as Operations Manager and oversees the organization to ensure it works well for members. She also manages the Parks Clinic Early Intervention Consortium, which was established in 2009 to provide administrative support for children accessing HCWA and Better Start funding. Kellie O'Regan is the Administrator, responsible for managing systems to register new members and process payments to professionals. Kellie also supervises FOFMS for the Parks Clinic Early Intervention Consortium and provides continuity support for transitioning parents and their early intervention professionals. The team operates as a plan management provider for NDIS participants.
