Our approach
The clinic offers evidence-based psychological and psychiatric treatment in a warm, home-like environment designed to help clients feel safe and comfortable. Sessions take place in sunny, relaxed rooms rather than sterile clinical spaces, and therapy dogs Max and April are part of the experience to help clients feel more at ease. The team uses effective, ethical treatments and adheres to best practice guidelines, with particular expertise in working with trauma, brain injury, and supporting first responders. Every client is welcomed with genuine care and a focus on getting to know them as individuals on their mental health journey.
Meet the team
The team consists of Dr Oleh Kay, a Psychiatrist, and Dr Marjorie Collins, a Clinical Psychologist and Neuropsychologist, both with more than 25 years of experience in their respective fields. They are highly qualified mental health practitioners experienced at making people feel welcome, safe and able to share their thoughts and feelings. The clinic also includes therapy dogs Max and April, who interact with clients to help them feel happier and more relaxed. The team offers a wide range of services including assessments, clinical psychology, psychiatric treatment and neuropsychological assessment.
