  • Our approach

The service delivers personalised, holistic and inclusive allied health and early intervention teaching through evidence-based, interdisciplinary support. Therapists work closely with clients and their families to find the best way to support each person, with sessions tailored to individual needs and delivered in clinic settings, at home or in the community. The approach is grounded in principles of inclusion, family-centred practice, strengths-based care, and person-centred support that celebrates each person's unique abilities and goals. Sessions use play-based and movement-based approaches to help children reach their learning goals and improve their independence across various developmental areas.

  • Working with families

The service is built on family-centred approaches, with therapists and teachers working closely with families to understand personal goals and ensure support aligns with what matters most. The team values building strong, respectful relationships with children and families and collaborates with parents and carers to make realistic and healthy lifestyle changes to achieve individual goals. Families are involved throughout the process, from the initial referral discussion through to ongoing service delivery, with the team committed to supporting each family's unique needs and strengths.

Team members hold relevant qualifications including bachelor and honours degrees in their respective fields, with many holding additional specialist qualifications and certifications. • Your first visit

After completing the referral form, a friendly team member will contact you within 48 hours to discuss your support needs and gather more details about your situation. If you choose the service as your provider, the team will work closely with you and your support team to ensure any service agreement fits your needs and funding arrangement. A Service Agreement will then be created for you to review and sign before any support or services begin. This process ensures everything is tailored to your circumstances before commencing care.
