Our approach

Conduit Education uses a holistic "Whole Child Mentoring" approach that goes beyond subject tutoring to develop executive function skills and learning strategies tailored to each child's unique needs. Sessions integrate support for time management, organisation, focus, and managing emotions, alongside critical thinking and self-motivation. The program works with both neurotypical and neurodivergent students, recognising that every child has the ability to thrive when given the right support and strategies. Through a three-phase process of Discover, Cultivate, and Enhance, mentors help students build confidence and resilience while developing the skills needed for lifelong learning success.

Working with families

Parents are recognised as essential partners in the learning journey, with mentors engaging and collaborating with families to understand each child's strengths and challenges. Samantha specifically provides coaching and support services to parents of children with ADHD, empowering them with knowledge and tools to support their children's development. The team emphasises the importance of working with the child and their family, tailoring their approach to individual needs and circumstances. While direct communication methods aren't detailed, the initial contact process invites parents to share information about their child, and mentors continue to collaborate with families throughout the mentoring relationship to facilitate skill development and overall success.

Meet the team

The team consists of experienced professionals from education, psychology, neuroscience, sciences, mathematics, and special education who collaborate to address each student's unique needs. All mentor coaches hold a minimum master's degree or are working towards one, with demonstrated success in previous roles, completion of Conduit Education's training program, and ongoing professional development. Co-founders Samantha O'Meara (BEc., MFin., MMgt., ICF-ACC) and Suhel Singh (BSc Hons, B.Rad.BioMedImg Hons, ICF-ACC) both specialise in ADHD and executive function coaching, with Samantha bringing 25 years of international experience and Suhel holding seven years of direct experience supporting neurodivergent students. The team is uniquely positioned to support neurodivergent children through their combined expertise and professional development focus.
