Our approach
Bunbury Community Health uses a family partnership model to support families across early childhood through adolescence. The service brings together specialist community-based health care including child health nurses, allied health professionals, and paediatricians to provide comprehensive assessments and early interventions. Care is delivered at no cost to families in various community settings including health centres, clinics, schools, homes and via telehealth to meet families where they are. The team is committed to empowering parents and carers to optimise health outcomes for their child throughout their development.
