  Bright Minds Co. is led by founder Kerrie, who brings over 20 years of experience as both a mother and teacher, with post-graduate study in gifted education. The team includes experienced educators and industry professionals who specialise in various subject areas and gifted education. Tutors mostly work via Zoom, though some are based at the Collaroy location on Sydney's Northern Beaches. The team covers subjects from kindergarten through year 12, as well as university-level mathematics, physics, and research.

  The first step is typically a free discovery or enquiry call to discuss your child's needs. This is followed by a seamless assessment process tailored to your child's specific situation, which provides a detailed report comparing their abilities to same-aged peers. Based on the assessment findings, the provider then recommends an individual learning pathway—which may include options such as intensive one-on-one tutoring to address gaps, enrichment through group participation, or the gifted mentoring program.
