Our approach
Therapy at Bonacci Practice is based on a collaborative approach, where the therapist works alongside you as a partner in addressing the concerns that have brought you to seek support. The practice uses evidence-based techniques delivered online, which are just as effective as face-to-face sessions for managing issues like stress, depression, anxiety, and relationship difficulties. Sessions are designed to help you identify and overcome self-limiting thoughts and behaviours rooted in family, traumatic or societal conditioning. The therapist creates a supportive environment where your concerns can be addressed, recognising the profound connection between mental and physical health. With a neurodiversity-affirming approach, the practice adapts tools and expectations to fit how your brain works rather than trying to make you appear neurotypical.
