Our approach
The clinic uses evidence-based treatment approaches and emphasises continuous professional development to provide quality care. Sessions focus on coaching parents to develop skills they can apply across different environments to support their child. A short feedback period is provided at the end of each therapy session to discuss progress. The team works collaboratively with families, schools, and other professionals to maximise each child's potential and support their communication and daily living skills.
Working with families
Parents and carers are actively involved in therapy through coaching in skills that can be applied across different environments at home, school, and in the community. A short feedback period is dedicated at the end of each session to discuss what was covered and progress made. The therapist will provide guidance on activities to conduct at home to ensure consistency and repetition, tailored to your child's diagnosis and therapy frequency. Client support coordinators are available to discuss your concerns and help match you with the right therapist if needed.
Meet the team
The team includes speech pathologists at various levels of experience, led by Senior Speech Pathologist Dikea Tziogas, along with speech pathologists Chelsea Chen, Khushali Hirani, Shivangi Amin, Isabella Matsias, Tiana Lardieri, Jodie Lam, and Sarah Prestipino. The clinic also has speech therapy aids—Sadaf Ghoriania, Mashal Barez, and Afifa Batool—who support the team. Administrative and client support coordinators Janice Radis and Kate Hudson assist with client management and scheduling. All speech pathologists are registered Medicare providers and participate in continuous professional development and mentoring.
