  Better Rehab delivers person-centred community allied health services across occupational therapy, speech pathology, physiotherapy, exercise physiology, and positive behaviour support. Clinicians work to help people become independent in daily tasks, improve communication and swallowing, enhance movement and function, and increase independence and quality of life. Sessions are tailored to individual needs, and support is delivered in people's homes, workplaces, schools, clinics, and via telehealth. The approach is grounded in the organisation's values of genuine care, doing things effectively rather than quickly, and putting participants and their goals first. Multidisciplinary teams can work together to deliver the best possible outcomes for each person.

  Better Rehab brings together a team of passionate, qualified allied health professionals including occupational therapists, speech pathologists, physiotherapists, exercise physiologists, positive behaviour support practitioners, and allied health assistants. The organisation is founded by Rachel, a qualified occupational therapist, and is run by allied health professionals committed to making a real difference. The team members genuinely love what they do and are motivated to achieve outstanding participant outcomes. Clinicians receive comprehensive supervision, professional development, and ongoing professional growth opportunities. Allied health assistants support the qualified clinicians in delivering services.
