Our approach
ADHD coaching is a collaborative process where the coach acts as a thinking partner, helping you understand how your brain works and develop personalised strategies to achieve your goals. Sessions focus on increasing self-awareness, uncovering your strengths, and identifying what truly matters to you—often discovering that the real value lies not just in learning executive function skills, but in reconnecting with who you authentically are. The approach is person-centred, strengths-based, and trauma-informed, meeting you with unconditional positive regard and adapting to your individual needs. Sessions are 50 minutes long and typically scheduled fortnightly, creating a collaborative space where you'll feel supported, celebrated, and encouraged to explore both your challenges and your potential.
Meet the team
The coach is Ange, an International Coach Federation-certified ADHD coach who completed ICF accredited training through the ADD Coach Academy in April 2022. She brings almost a decade of community sector experience, including roles as case manager and team leader supporting people with complex mental health challenges. Her training encompasses trauma-informed care, dialectical behaviour therapy, compassion-focused therapy, motivational interviewing, and mental health first aid. She is currently mentored by Michele Toner PhD, the first ADHD coach in Australia, and remains committed to ongoing professional development in trauma and ADHD.
Your first visit
Your first appointment begins with a free 20-minute discovery call to discuss your questions and explore whether coaching is right for you. If you decide to proceed, you'll schedule your first one-on-one session at a time that suits you, either online or in person. During this 50-minute session, you'll bring a topic of your choice and work together to identify your desired outcome for that session. Through transformative conversation, you'll uncover new insights, devise personalised plans you'll actually follow through on, and expand your self-awareness. At the end of three months (approximately eight sessions), you'll evaluate your progress together and determine the best path forward.
