Our approach
The coaching approach at ADHD Partners is based on understanding yourself rather than trying to change yourself, grounded in neuroscience and lived experience of ADHD. Sessions are tailored to each person's unique presentation, using practical and realistic strategies delivered with humor and patience. Coaches help clients see ADHD through a strengths-based lens and explore challenges with deep listening and thoughtful questioning. The work involves self-discovery, understanding how your brain functions, and building structures that allow you to live according to your true values. Sessions are described by clients as engaging, encouraging, and transformative, with coaches going out of their way to support personal development and growth.
Meet the team
The team includes Catherine O'Kane (Principal ADHD Life Coach, Consultant, Workplace Neurodiversity Advocate and Speaker with ADDCA Certified Coach Graduate credentials and trauma-informed training), Geoff Gawler (Associate ADHD Coach and Consultant with ADD Coach Academy Associate Certified Coach credentials and trauma-informed training), and Andrée Morgan (Affiliated ADHD Coach and Consultant with a Certificate of Contemporary Somatic Psychotherapy and training in meditation). All coaches have completed over 100 hours of accredited ADHD coach training and participate in ongoing professional learning. The team brings both professional expertise and lived experience of ADHD.
