ADHD Inclusion

About ADHD Inclusion

ADHD Inclusion, founded by Samantha Crisford-Eade, provides expert ADHD coaching for personal and professional growth. With over 20 years of experience in People & Culture and training from ADDCA, the service supports neurodivergent professionals and teams to overcome burnout, build confidence, and thrive at work. The philosophy is that ADHD doesn't need fixing — environments and expectations do, focusing on understanding before strategies, strengths over deficits, and inclusion that works in real life.

  • Our approach

ADHD coaching at this provider is collaborative, flexible, and grounded in real life. The approach is strengths-based and supportive, focused on helping you understand your ADHD and apply that understanding to everyday work and life. Sessions are adapted to how you think and work, rather than applying pressure or a one-size-fits-all system. The goal is to help you work with your brain, not against it, through practical support that addresses real-world challenges.

  • Your first visit
