Our approach
Absorb Knowledge Successfully uses a structured, traditional approach to tutoring that emphasises discipline and routine as key factors in learning. Small group classes of maximum six children ensure each student receives individual attention while benefiting from healthy competition. Homework is set after every lesson to build independent learning skills and establish healthy routines. The philosophy centres on building children's confidence and self-belief while making education satisfying and rewarding through firm guidance. Beyond academic knowledge, children develop essential life skills including motivation, organisation, and time management. Sessions are tailored to each child's individual needs, with specialists available for students with learning difficulties.
Working with families
Close collaboration with parents is considered an essential factor in tutoring at Absorb Knowledge Successfully. Brief feedback is provided to parents after every lesson, and detailed discussions or progress meetings are available at any time throughout the year. Tutors actively advise parents on home learning tips, monitor progress, and help with any administration for school applications. Meet the team
The team is led by Kas Varsani, the founder with over 30 years of experience in education, and Akshay Varsani, who has years of teaching experience and now leads operations in Perth. The founders have backgrounds in psychology and education, with a proven track record of helping hundreds of students achieve higher grades. All staff are fully police and working with children checked. The team brings expertise from Knowledge Above Standard, a premier tutoring company in London founded in 2006.
Your first visit
The first appointment is a 45-minute no-obligation assessment meeting with experienced tutors. During this session, your child will receive a brief assessment to identify their current academic ability. Following the assessment, you'll receive advice on how to move forward with a personalised development plan tailored to your child's needs. This initial meeting is designed to help determine the best pathway for your child's learning journey.
