Our approach
8 Senses Therapy uses a family-centred, neurodiversity-affirming approach that is strengths-led and focuses on clear goals with practical strategies. Sessions are tailored to each child's individual needs, with therapists working alongside parents and carers rather than around them. Occupational therapy supports sensory processing, self-care, motor skills, attention, school readiness, and everyday confidence, while speech pathology builds communication skills to help children express themselves with confidence. Aquatic therapy is offered as neuroaffirming water-based support for regulation, movement, strength and coordination. The environment is designed to make children feel understood, supported, and capable across home, school, and community settings.
